(Old-20200213) 近數年看其他BLOGGER提及RW0U(主要持有物業為香港的又一城), 開始理解Singapore REITS的資料, 詳細報表就不太看懂, 但業務範圍 / 物業質素 及相對息口高低還是可以判斷, 為何有部份行業息口低但股價仍然繼續上升, 有部份就高息但不會上升 (e.g. 美國的REITS), 嘗試由物業本身是否吸引判斷屬於那一個組別。
純粹作為分享及參考, 並不構成投資建議。
