    Thanks for I know sharig. May I know the definitions of "tech related", what "tier 1 or 2" means pls?

      Thanks for visit. The definition is defined by myself.

      Tech related means the REITS or Business Trust is related to technology. For example, AJBU is related to Business Trust, while CJLU is related to internet connection.

      1st Tier and 2nd Tier may be regarded as the potential growth in the future. It is about my prediction in future. I may regard 1st tier stock is higher potential in growth and stable DPU. 2nd tier is not good as 1st tier but it is also good. You may regard them as "A+" Vs "A".
